Acquisition Criteria
MBK Rental Living is actively pursuing the acquisition of entitled multi-family development sites in strategically select California locations for the construction of Class A for-rent residential projects. We use technology, analytics, and expertise to take on projects of all product types, and will close escrow with cash on hand, without contingencies.
