MBK Senior Living currently owns and/or manages over 34 senior living properties consisting of approximately 3,800 units in 6 states. The Properties are geographically close to the locations of currently owned/managed properties, allowing MBK to execute an efficient operation.
MBK Industrial Properties (“MIP”), established 2017, develops State-of-the-Art projects for secondary distribution markets. With its primary focus in development, strategic capital investments, including equity partnerships and acquisitions, MIP is able to leverage its vast resources and platform of expertise towards growing its portfolio of industrial/commercial real estate holdings and investments.
